Emotional Health Week, 2025
Emotional Health Week is a national event dedicated to teachers and students, aiming to promote well-being in the school environment. Organized annually, the initiative will reach its fifth edition in 2025. Having reached every county in the country, the program has involved 5,700 teachers and over 142,000 students over its editions, taking place in kindergartens, schools, and high schools in both rural and urban areas.
Now in its sixth edition, “February – Teacher’s Well-being Month” continues to be a flagship national program dedicated to promoting emotional, mental, and physical health among teachers and educational communities in Romania. Organized by InIm Institute, in collaboration with School of Health and Finnish Teacher Training Center, this year’s event takes place under the slogan “Learning Together, Growing Together”, highlighting the importance of connection and collaboration in the learning and development process.
Well-being Speed Meet: Nutrition, Sport, and Mental Health is an event designed for young people in Romania, particularly high school and university students. On November 22, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, at Zbor Hub Cluj, participants will have the opportunity to engage in short, direct discussions with experts in nutrition, physical activity, and mental health. The event offers personalized advice and practical solutions to support overall well-being, addressing key challenges such as stress, unhealthy habits, and mental health issues among young people. But that’s not all! We’ve got some amazing surprises in store for you, including the release of our ‘Happy Teenager’s Guide: nutrition, movement, and mental health’. It’s a completely free guide filled with easy-to-follow advice on nutrition, exercise, and mental health. It’s your go-to resource for feeling your best!
The Emotional Health Week is a national event that highlights the importance of socio-emotional health in schools, emphasizing its crucial role and impact on the overall development of students. Organized by the InIm Institute, in partnership with School of Health, Puratos Romania, and Bakery School Romania, the event initiates a collective effort to raise awareness of the importance of the need for belonging and well-being in schools. Over the first three editions, it has engaged more than 5,000 teachers, impacting over 125,000 students. The fourth edition of the Emotional Health Week, scheduled for May 27-31, 2024, carries the slogan “Never Alone at School”.
