Simona Baciu

Simona Baciu is a pioneer in education, founder of InIm Institute and Transylvania College from Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

Confident in character and socio-emotional education, Simona wrote together with Susan Shapiro the book “The Teacher Within”, in the form of a guide for teachers who want to teach with gentleness and compassion. In 2022, Simona publishes with Susan Shapiro, The Teacher Within Guide – 100 Exercises for Well-Being”, a collection of 100 exercises for breathing, meditation, concentration and reflection, whereby, by practicing them, the teacher will become aware of himself, his values ​​and qualities, understanding the situations in which they find themselves. Speaker, trainer, writer and mentor, Simona Baciu is part of several national and international organizations, being a voice in the 21st century for education.

Corina Chiorean

Corina has over 15 years of experience in the organization and management of community support and humanitarian projects. In 2016, he joined the Transylvania College Foundation team as Office Manager and was involved in all national and international projects carried out.

Starting in 2022, Corina became Director of training programs within the same organization, where she is responsible for project management. Her dedication over the years has demonstrated her confidence in the potential of our teacher programs. On a personal level, Corina knows she is a lucky person and is grateful for the family she has.

Otilia Calfa

Otilia Calfa is director of the training department within InIm Institute, being a trainer accredited by the Ministry of Education. Otilia graduated from the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, Babeș Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca, and she is currently studying the master’s program in Counseling and Psychological Interventions in Human Development. She is also an alumni member of the Student Psychology Association from Romania. Otilia has over 4 years of experience in the non-governmental environment and in companies, in the implementation of trainings, coordination, vocational counseling and human resources. Currently, she focuses on the coordination and implementation of socio-emotional development trainings of teachers in schools in Romania, within InIm Institute.

Sabina Pop

Sabina Pop is a trainer and psychologist at Inim Institute. She graduated from the Faculties of Business and Psychology at Babeș-Bolyai University and has experience working with children in both public and private education for four years, as well as with young people and adults in the past year of her professional activity.

 

Sabina wishes to be where people grow and to help as many people as possible become self-aware and at peace with themselves.

Elena Crăciun

Elena is a junior marketer. He completed his undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Political, Administrative and Communication Sciences Cluj-Napoca, and is currently studying at the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Business Management Cluj-Napoca, master’s level.

 

Elena joined our team at the beginning of 2022, in February, as a communication and public relations representative At InIm Institute. Elena aims to put into words the descriptions of our events, activities, and programs, so that every teacher is aware of all the necessary resources and information.

Minodora Popan

Minodora Popan, a young woman passionate about engaging in sectors dedicated to youth development, is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences at Babeș-Bolyai University. Since May 2023, Minodora has joined the InIm Institute team as an Trainer Assistant.

 

With over six years of experience in volunteering, gained through various associations during her high school and university years, Minodora has developed valuable skills in working with young people and coordinating projects.

 

 

 

Daniela Bezuhanici

As a recent graduate, Daniela finds herself in the exciting phase of transitioning from the world of academia to the dynamic realm of the office. In this new chapter of her professional journey, she is rapidly acquiring a deep understanding of the intricate workings of the corporate world.

 

In her role as a Manager Assistant, Daniela takes on the responsibility of orchestrating the efficient flow of tasks and responsibilities within her team. She ensures that everything is meticulously scheduled and executed on time. Her commitment to detail and precision guarantees that the team operates within a highly organized and structured environment.
