Simona Baciu

Simona Baciu is the President and Founder of InIm Institute, Founder of Transylvania College, and President of the C-EDU Education Cluster. Thirty years ago, Simona established Transylvania College, a prestigious school that has significantly contributed to transforming education in Romania.

 

Continuing her journey in education, Simona founded InIm Institute, an organization focused on prioritizing mental health and well-being for teachers, youth, and employees in schools and companies. She is also a founding member and President of the C-EDU Education Cluster and a founding member of the Rethink Romania Association.

 

Simona is the author of two successful books, “The Teacher Within” and “The Teacher’s Guide Within”, published in both English and Romanian, with over 5,000 copies sold worldwide.

She is a recipient of the British International School Lifetime Award and serves on the boards of prestigious national and international organizations such as the Margareta of Romania Royal Foundation, Round Square, Global Connections, and the Tapestry Intergenerational Education Foundation, among others. Her mission is to bring the joy of learning to every school.

Marius

Marius Cîmpean

Marius Cîmpean is Chief Operating Officer at InIm Institute, where he coordinates the development and implementation of programs that promote well-being and mental health in education. With over a decade of experience in leadership, management, and educational projects, he has led complex teams and initiatives across governmental and non-governmental sectors, turning strategy into impactful projects for communities.

 

Previously, he served as Chief of Staff at the Secretary of  State for Religious Affairs, where he managed operational processes, the official agenda, and high-level institutional collaborations. He has also coordinated educational and social projects with local and international impact, combining multidisciplinary expertise in psychology, theology, human resources, and adult training.

 

His mission is to create sustainable initiatives that support community development, foster empathetic leadership, and generate lasting positive social impact.

Otilia Calfa

Otilia Calfa is the Coordinator of the Training Department at Fundația Inim and is an accredited trainer.

 

Otilia graduated from the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences at Universitatea Babeș-Bolyai, Cluj-Napoca, and also completed a master’s program in Counseling and Psychological Interventions in Human Development. She is also a personal development counselor and is currently in training in Positive Psychotherapy.

 

Otilia has over 6 years of experience in the non-governmental sector and in companies, reflected in her work implementing training programs, coordinating teams, providing career counseling for young people, and effectively managing projects. She currently focuses on coordinating and delivering socio-emotional development training programs for teachers and young people in schools across Romania.

Andrada Cozma

Andrada Cozma is Project Manager of the Training Department at Fundația Inim and also is an accredited trainer.

 

Andrada graduated from the Colegiul Național Pedagogic „Gheorghe Lazăr”, specializing as a primary and preschool teacher. She later specialized in psychology by completing the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences and the master’s program in Counseling and Psychological Interventions in Human Development, both at Universitatea Babeș-Bolyai. Additionally, Andrada is a clinical psychologist and a Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapy trainee.

 

Through volunteering, Andrada gained 2 years of experience in delivering training programs and providing career counseling to young people. She currently focuses on developing and implementing socio-emotional development training programs for teachers and students in schools across Romania.

Elena Opriș

Elena is a Marketing Specialist with a strong academic background in communication and marketing. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Digital Media from the Faculty of Political, Administrative and Communication Sciences in Cluj-Napoca, and later completed a master’s program in Marketing at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration in Cluj-Napoca.

 

She currently coordinates the organizational communication strategy and the projects carried out within the InIm Institute. At the same time, she serves as the coordinator of awareness programs dedicated to emotional and mental health in education, such as “Emotional Health Week,” “February – the Month of Teacher Well-being,” and “Rebuilding the School from Within: the Month of Mental Health in Education.”

Sabina Afman

Sabina Afman serves as the Program Director of Wonderlink and is also an accredited trainer certified by ANC Romania.

 

Sabina holds degrees from the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences as well as from the Faculty of Business, both at Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca. This dual specialization enables her to combine an understanding of psychological mechanisms with the rigor of program management. Sabina is a psychologist and has been working as a trainer within the InIm Foundation for over 5 years, contributing (through facilitating InIm courses) to the development of psycho-emotional skills among teachers in Romania.

 

Within the InIm Institute, Sabina facilitates cultural and professional exchange for teachers from Romania and the Republic of Moldova (the Wonderlink program).

 

At the same time, she is a dedicated volunteer, having been involved for more than eight years in organizations that promote well-being and mental health through meditation and yoga techniques. Her professional mission is to be present where people grow and develop, finding personal and spiritual fulfillment in supporting the evolution of those around her.

Andreea Herțoiu

Andreea Herțoiu is the Assistant Director at Fundația InIm, supporting the organization’s coordination and development through a strategic and results-driven approach.

 

She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Media Management (FSPAC) and brings over four years of experience in the NGO sector, actively involved in Erasmus+ projects and in writing and implementing educational initiatives. At the same time, she gained more than three years of experience in financial audit within a Big4 company, managing both professional paths simultaneously and strengthening her prioritization skills, and adaptability.

 

She currently oversees office management, grant applications, primary accounting, and internal processes, contributing to operational efficiency and sustainable organizational growth. Passionate about volunteering, she believes in initiatives that create meaningful, long-term impact.

Andreea Purice

Andreea Purice holds the position of Social Media Assistant at Fundația InIm.

 

A student at the Faculty of Political, Administrative and Communication Sciences within Universitatea Babeș-Bolyai, Cluj-Napoca, majoring in Digital Media, Andreea combines creativity with the rigor of strategic communication.

 

With approximately three years of experience in communication, public relations, and visual design, gained through her involvement in various volunteer projects, Andreea contributes to the development and management of the online presence of the InIm Institute. Through carefully crafted content and strong attention to detail, she supports the organization’s mission of bringing well-being closer to the educational community.
