Conceived as a practical and accessible tool, the Teacher’s Journal offers a structured 28-day journey inspired by the methodology of the training “Teacher’s Well-being; A Conscious Journey”. The journal is designed to support educators in their introspective exploration, providing them with space and guidance to reflect on their own well-being and apply relaxation and self-observation techniques in their daily lives.
Each week addresses a new theme inspired by the A.R.A.T. philosophy, presented in the book “The Teacher Within; A Conscious Journey towards Well-being”. Additionally, each week includes a specific meditation that guides the teachers’ practice.
Daily, the teacher allocates approximately 10 minutes to go through the following steps: the quote of the day, daily exercises, a one-minute meditation, evaluation of the impact of the actions carried out, and reflections at the end of the day. This structured process supports introspection and the implementation of practices aimed at contributing to well-being.
The Teacher’s Journal Within is the latest publication of InIm Institute, completing the series dedicated to the well-being and personal development of educators. This material continues the mission started with the other two publications: “The Teacher Within; A Conscious Journey towards Well-being” and “The Teacher’s Guide; 100 Exercises for Living in the Present”.
