TRAINING: “CREATING A CULTURE OF BELONGING IN SCHOOLS: 5 FUNDAMENTAL PILLARS”

This accredited program offers educators an online training designed to strengthen teachers’ ability to build authentic relationships, enhancing students’ school experience by promoting the five fundamental pillars of belonging: safety, compassion, validation, shared values, and solidarity.

The course runs over a period of 7 weeks, with weekly 2-hour sessions (the final session lasting 3 hours). The program also provides access to a digital platform with self-paced learning materials. The training is worth 10–12 CPT credits and offers the opportunity to develop essential competencies in interpersonal communication and equitable diversity management.
