This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which customers can request a return for products purchased from www.iniminstitute.com. By placing an order, the customer agrees to this policy.
1. General Information
1.1. Inim Institute accepts returns for physical products under the conditions detailed below. Digital products are not eligible for return or refund due to their nature.
1.2. For any return, payments for returned products will have been processed in RON (Romanian Leu), and refunds will be issued in the same currency, following the standard refund procedure.
2. Returning Physical Products
2.1. General Return Conditions
A customer may return a physical product under the following conditions:
- The product is returned within 14 calendar days from the order’s delivery date.
- The product is new, unused, with no signs of wear, damage, or modifications.
- The product is returned in its original packaging, with all included accessories (if applicable).
- The return request must be sent via email to office@iniminstitute.com, including the mandatory details outlined in section 2.2.
- The return request must be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
2.2. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, the customer must follow these steps:
a. Send a return request via email to office@iniminstitute.com, including:
- Full name
- Order number
- Product name and quantity
- Reason for the return
- Product condition upon receipt and condition upon return
- Bank account (IBAN) for the refund
- Address for return pickup
- Email address
- Phone number
b. Return eligibility confirmation – Our team will respond within 3 business days to confirm eligibility and provide the return shipping address.
c. Send the product – The customer must ship the product via a courier service to the address provided.
d. Product verification – Once received, the product will be inspected. If it meets the return conditions, the refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days.
2.3. Return Costs
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except when the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrectly shipped product).
If the return is accepted, the customer may choose between a refund or an exchange.
3. Defective or Incorrectly Shipped Products
If a received product is defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. In such cases, Inim Institute will cover all return and replacement costs.
4. Digital Product Policy
4.1. Digital products (trainings, online courses, downloadable materials) cannot be returned or refunded after purchase.
4.2. If you experience technical issues accessing a digital product, please contact us for assistance.
5. Refund Processing
5.1. Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase, within 7 business days after return approval.
5.2. If the payment was made by credit/debit card, the amount will be refunded to the same card used for the transaction.
5.3. Inim Institute is not responsible for any delays caused by the customer’s bank in processing the refund.
6. Exceptions
Returns are not accepted for:
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Products that have been used or are not returned in their original packaging
- Downloaded digital products
