This shipping policy establishes the terms and conditions regarding the processing, dispatch, and delivery of products sold through www.iniminstitute.com.

InIm Institute delivers both physical products (books, journals, calendars etc.) and digital products (trainings, online courses, downloadable materials). This policy applies to all orders placed on our website.

 

  1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Processing takes place Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • In case of high order volumes or exceptional circumstances, processing times may be extended. Customers will be informed via email in such cases.

 

  1. Payment Methods

For purchases on www.iniminstitute.com, customers can choose from the following payment options:

  • Online payment via Netopia Payments or Pluxee, depending on the card type, in RON.
    • Accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, including teacher benefit cards.
  • Cash on delivery (COD) – available only for physical products, payable directly to the courier in RON.

 

  1. Shipping of Physical Products

4.1. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

InIm Institute works with courier services to deliver physical products. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Courier (Romania): 1-5 business days from dispatch.
  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

4.2. Shipping Costs

  • The shipping cost is calculated at checkout, with a standard rate of 19 RON.
  • During promotions, free shipping may be available for orders exceeding a certain amount, as specified on the website.

 

  1. Delivery of Digital Products

  • Digital products (trainings, online courses, PDFs) are delivered exclusively via email.
  • After payment confirmation, customers will receive an email with access/download instructions within 24 hours.
  • If the confirmation email is not received, customers should check their Spam folder or contact us at office@iniminstitute.com or 0730 106 303.

 

  1. Special Conditions & Responsibilities

6.1. Delivery Address

  • The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may request reshipment, covering the additional shipping costs.

6.2. Delays & Delivery Issues

  • In case of delays beyond our control (extreme weather conditions, courier logistics issues etc.), InIm Institute is not liable, but we will assist in resolving the situation.
  • If a package is not delivered within the estimated time, the customer should contact us for assistance.

 

  1. Returns

  • Returns of physical products are possible in accordance with our Return Policy, available on our website.
  • Digital products are non-refundable, as they provide immediate access to content.
