1.3 By simply uploading (sending) materials to the Site, users declare and assume full responsibility for respecting any intellectual property rights owned by or belonging to third parties, and expressly authorize INIM FOUNDATION to use and dispose of such material without restrictions.

1.4 Subject to the provisions of Chapter 3 below, copying, reproducing, and/or using the Content or any part thereof in any way without the written permission of the INIM FOUNDATION is strictly prohibited.

INIM FOUNDATION operates in areas such as education, emotional health, and psychology.

2.4 The content of the Site is informational and does not create legal relationships or obligations for INIM FOUNDATION. Accessing the Site and/or participating in any way in the Programs or activities described on the Site does not create any rights for users or third parties regarding INIM FOUNDATION.

2.5 In the case of minor users/visitors, it is presumed that access to and use of the Site, including but not limited to posting texts and images, interactive participation in activities on the Site, etc., are carried out with the consent and under the supervision of their legal representative.

9.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law.

9.2 Users agree that any disputes related to the use of the Site shall be submitted for resolution to the competent Romanian court located at the headquarters of INIM FOUNDATION, in Cluj-Napoca.
