Being a teacher comes with a stressful set of responsibilities and social expectations. The risk of burnout for teachers is high, and unfortunately the interventions aimed at minimizing this consequence are few and inaccessible to the general public. Thus, this longitudinal study aims to measure the effectiveness of a two-stage program for increasing the well-being of teachers: a theoretical part about the individual skills of teachers, then the training of these skills through the implementation of projects.
